The award’s organizing committee reviews all incoming applications and creates a longlist (up to 10 projects/companies/individuals per category).

VOTING
VOTING
Jury voting is conducted on a 5-point scale. Each jury member votes only in the categories where they have deep expertise and relevant experience.
Public voting is also conducted: each person can vote for only one company per category (assigning 3 to 5 stars). The average score for each nominee is calculated from both jury and public votes. The higher the average score, the higher the company/individual ranks. Based on the results, up to 5 projects/companies/individuals advance to the shortlist.

- After the application period ends, the THE TRENDS AWARDS organizing committee reviews all submissions and creates longlists (up to 10 nominees per category). The longlists will be published on the website on October 10, 2025.
- Jury members (through questionnaire voting) and the public (via open voting in the award’s bot) vote for the nominees. Jury members rate each nominee from 1 to 5. An average score is calculated for each nominee based on the jury votes. The public can rate each nominee from 3 to 5 in the bot, and an average score is also calculated from these votes. The jury and public scores are combined.
- The top 5 companies and individuals with the highest combined scores advance to the shortlists in each category. Shortlists for all categories will be announced on November 3, 2025.
- From November 3 to 10, a second round of voting takes place with jury members. Winners with the highest total scores will be announced at the award ceremony.
